Frame and board
Studwork, boxing-in for pipework, moisture-resistant board, then tanking on every wet surface.

Tile and plaster
Walls and floor tiled to the set-out, ceiling and any non-tiled walls skimmed and finished.

Fit and finish
Sanitaryware set, trims fitted, silicone run, and the room cleaned before handover.
